Kettlebell Fitness

Russian Kettlebells are virtually indestructible, and are the ultimate means for achieving complete and total fitness. A long-time training tool of Soviet athletes, these remarkable compact weights are used for endurance, strength, and overall conditioning.

Kettlebell training involves compound exercises that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, and consequently develop strength and muscular endurance throughout the entire body. Unlike traditional bodybuilding exercises that seek to isolate particular muscles, Kettlebell training requires coordination of muscle groups to successfully balance and control the weight, while focusing on breathing and proper body alignment. This comprehensive approach develops a healthy body that is strong, agile, and has tremendous endurance.

Our classes incorporate various Kettlebell techniques, plus several other resistance movements. The fast-paced environment allows you to combine strength and conditioning with cardiovascular training.

Classes are led by Certified Agastu Kettlebell Instructors Jenn Ricker and André Pelletier.
